Final EIS To Be "Signifigantly" Different From Draft EIS

The DEIS is a sort of rough draft and assistant environmental director of JGPO Randy Sablan says after reviewing over ten thousand comments on the DEIS we can expect signifigant changes to the Final EIS. "I can say to you confidently that there are major changes to the document. It reads better, we've picked up and we've expounded on some issues we've clarified we've done additional studies and analysis and that will be reflected in the document," said Sablan.
